The most important thing is which country has the largest number of citizens who are experts in computer technologyEven a 3-year-old toddler can know how to browse the internet and watch the online video. But does the little kid know anything about the science of computer?

Cyber cafes are incredibly cheap in other countries (just traveled to Peru and found some that charged less than 50cents for the hour and on my way home off the airport in Atlanta saw one that proudly displayed its "low price": about 15 bucks an hour).3.
