Not quiet! They would go into recession along side the rest of the world (happened many times before) and we would end up a banana republic. China holds 1.3 trillion in us dollars that the US cannot afford to buy back, and if China off loads that amount every other country in the world would off load their US dollar reserves as well. China has us by the balls big time.

I actually don't think this is all bad in terms of the thing they chose to ban. Although the fact they have the power to ban the media is not good.America's media has turned more into a reality show with how CNN reported the Bridge Collapse. China probably doesn't want all their citizens to go crazy over bridges from fear mongering.
