Yes, net neutrality and universal healthcare are socialist positions, but why can't modern politics/politicians see past their own party's guidelines. Look at Ron Paul and Mike Gravel. They are Republican and Democrat and believe in universal healthcare. Geekee, you don't need to be Republican and support everything a Republican is supposed to support. This is the ignorance of today's world. Change '08.
I actually never got the whole american president choosing thing i mean don't get me wrong i like america in some ways but why in the hell does poeple need to vote if still the one with the less votes wins and can be president for another year i mean how stupid is that system ???Here in belgium if you vote for something or someone than the one with the most votes wins not the one that has all the might but ok whatever.
danboarder, I'm sorry for the sarcasm at the end of my previous comment. By your second comment I realized that it was truly unnecessary.I totally agree with you on the "assault weapon" thing. But I still think the phrasing was not biased. It seems to me that every check was PRO something and every cross was AGAINST it. There is no "are you against" on any other position.I guess they just avoided "triple negatives": I'm NOT AGAINST the BAN of "xxx" = I'm PRO the BAN of "xxx" = I'm AGAINST "xxx".
This chart is crap. "Yes" or "No" doesn't even come remotely close to cutting it when it comes to describing these positions. If you want a REAL resource on these issues, go to www.ballot-proof.com. They actually have detailed positions there.

They should add a column to let you know which media outlet pulls their puppet strings.
