"We could have had this almost a 100 years ago if more people would have supported Nikola Tesla. We also would have had complete wireless electricity."at great energy losses and huge noise polution
Panasonic is manufacturing the RAZR?! What was that? Just kidding. Old news republished on a slow news day. Just another reason to have a "meh" button. No digg for you
Darn, someone beat me to the Tesala reference. Oh and the loss and the noise pollution would have been figured out 50 years ago if we did this 100 years ago. Thanks GE and Westinhouse and Edison.
My Sonicare toothbrush does this, but that's not the point. I can't stick my laptop or PDA into my Sonicare charger, but all of the above can go on the SplashPad, which will automatically adjust the power for each.

"it's funny to me to see the life cycle of the comment boards... there seems to be a point at which people stop reading other comments and the same discussions are recycled. Tesla, razors, toothbrushes, etc. This isn't old news at all... maybe the tech has been around, but has anyone made a viable business strategy out of it? that's the news part here - someone is actually trying to implement it. if you're not going to read, don't comment."<a class="user" href="http://www.a4tech.com/en/press2.asp?AID=69&ovmkt=23G00LDM1H7ED0D263HR5HBL84">http://www.a4tech.com/en/press2.asp?AID=69&ovmkt=23G00LDM1H7ED0D263HR5HBL84</a>funny.
