acceleriter...it's not like you and your digg buddies thought of something their legal team didn't after processing over 700,000 transactions. That regulation either doesn't apply in their state/county/city, it doesn't apply because they're not a pawn shop who resells a finished product as opposed to melting the gold and paying melt value and aren't subject to the same regulations, or some other legal protection.
