How many other people have been thinking since seeing Glenn Beck's rise in the world of silly news clips, "I wish South Park would make fun of him"..This episode is making me so happy, I'm watching it now. Cartman is brave enough to ask QUESTIONS..
This was a great episode. In todays culture, being featured on South Park is a sign that one has arrived, or is at least making a difference; like Al Gore (Man/Bear/Pig aka global warming), the homeless (hoping for change?), or Barbara Streisand (who really is a maniacal robot). Two relevant points were brought up. Cartman (as Beck) brought out the existance of a ruling group who treats the people who elected them like children who need to be controlled (how often are the adults right in SP?) and, in the last 90 seconds where the "I learned something today" speech usually goes, he defended his administration by saying the "student council" (Congress) was wasting time dealing with crap that doesn't matter now, and that he was doing the best that he could once he took over. The point being; that it dosen't matter so much who sits in the Big Chair and "presides" (presid-ent) over the meetings, we should concern ourselves with who is IN the meeting. Care about who represents you (Congress and Senate) first, and the "presider" second.

I herd Eric Cartman raped and murdered a young girl in 1990? Is this rumor true?

Yeah, it is true, but Bush claimed the US government did it as part of 9/11.
