@bigdavediode - you're living example of how propaganda works. You merely saw the Bellevue sign, and made the association with the Psychological facilities. If you watched the video you'd see there's no obvious evidence that this woman is presenting with any psychological problems. But even if you could, it would be irrelevant, because you have ZERO information on her particular case. But like a monkey, you see the Bellevue sign and jump to a conclusion straight away that is effectively "her testimony is inadmissable, she's nuts". Wow.
