This is my home town. And yes, they are technophobic.But, myself being in IT, I still enjoy being "Out of Touch" when I walk away from the Land Line. People even get all huffy when they can't call and interrupt you at their leisure?If I'm not around the phone, I don't want to be contacted. It's that simple there, and that's why people like it.
