I am a contestant for a Free House Giveaway at freehouse.wordpress.comSteven- blueeyes94558@yahoo.com (wasn't sure if all that still applied)Hey my name is Steven and this is my story... I believe that I deserve this for so many reasons. Last year I was diagnosed with Large B Cell Lymphoma (cancer of the lymphnodes). I am now in remission. During my chemotherapy I learned that my wife was pregnant. We had been trying for 5 years to conceive with no results. We had given up hope because at my first treatment they told us that the chemotherapy would make me sterile. In December we welcomed Damien, our wonderful son, into this world. I realized that if I didn't make it, what would I leave my family other than a bunch of medical expenses? I have nothing saved, and all I own is my car. Due to medical bills we are forced to live with my mother. This would be a great opportunity for me and my family! I want my son to have everything I didn't! Just thinking about teaching him how to fix a car in the garage makes me smile! We've been through a lot and really deserve a break!

Following your dreams is certainly not the easiest road through life, but that is the path that my husband and I have chosen to take. Mike has a heart for sharing fun so almost 2 years ago he opened our mobile lasertag business. It has had a slow start and is growing more like the tortoise than the hare, but Mike smiles after every event saying how he loves paying employees to help people have a great time. We look forward to when it will provide income for us as well.My dream is to be the best mother I can be. I have set aside full time work outside the home in order to be with my 3 month old Felix at least half of each day. My work tutoring high school and college students and selling Pampered Chef on the side pays our basic bills while the lasertag business grows. This is not a lucrative lifestyle. We live very simply, but we are together with the baby every day.We have faith that all of our businesses will grow in time. This house would be a blessing beyond words that we could use as both home and office as we continue to pursue our dreams.Molly Peterson(Felix's birth story: http://jcomm.uoregon.edu/courses/summer2008/j408-p ...

I am entering the free house giveaway.tdsmith208@gmail.comHello,my name is Tami and I am 42 years old, I am married to a wonderful man and together we have 4 wonderful boys 13,16,22,&23. I don't know that our family is any more deserving than all of those writing their stories. But I do know my family is deserving. And this is our story...10 years ago I struggled as a single mom with a longtime addiction to meth and raising two very small boys that loved me so unconditionally. I loved them but I was wearing blinders called addiction...I struggled to pay rent and buy food and functioned barely. One day I remember sitting on the floor watching my boys color, they were 2,&6 then .I can remember watching them and suddenly it hit me like a truck I didn't even know my own children's favorite color. How could a mother live everyday with her own children and not know their favorite color. It was also at that moment I made a choice that would change our lives forever...I Stopped Using..And started living...I have spent every day since knowing everything about my children (although they may not like that as teenagers) But I love it.And I have also spent everyday cleaning up the wreckage of my past and finally I have no more bad debt,I can answer the phone and know it won't be a bill collector...but most importantly I have given my kids their mom back.. So here we are 8 years clean come January with a husband and two more boys that love me.We all support each other especially now that our one son is headed off to war. Our family has stuck together through thick and thin and are blessed to have each other. There is only one thing our family has never known and that is having a home of our own... So you see that is why I spent the $19.95 to tell my story. And wether or not we are the chosen family we will continue to pay it forward...God Bless.and thanks for listening . Tami

Hello there! Just like everyone else, who knows who is really deserving of this offer. We all are faced with hard times right now and everyone has his or her story of why they should get to be the one! This is my turn I guess. I will tell you why owning this home would mean so much to me. About 10 years ago I lost my home. I had 3 young children that finally had a home after 9 years of moving around in the military. I had promised them that this would be always be their home. We had animals and a wonderful garden and it was just what we had always dreamed of. Then - Divorce hit. I tried hard to keep the thing that meant the most to myself and the children. I worked 3 jobs trying to make ends meet. I lost precious time with my children- but alas- after doing all that for three years, I still ended up having to sell out. We were all crushed but at least we were still together. Since that time, we have moved from rental to rental never really being able to settle down and never finding that place that feels like home. 2 of my children are adults now with children of their own. They both live out of state. My son who is now 17 lives in an apt I rent and I spend most of my time with my fiance in a little trailer park where children are not allowed. I desire a place where we can all be together and where I don’t have to worry about who comes to visit and for how long. Rentals have such strict regulations on who comes and goes. I also miss the wonderful feeling of being able to do what you want to make your place a home. ( no tacks, no nails, no paint etc, etc) I just want to feel at home again and be able to grow that garden that used to make me feel content and knowing that I can be somewhat self sufficient. I know that at this point in my life owning a home again is probably beyond my reach. This will probably be the only way I would ever be able to own a home of my own again. It would make my life come full circle I feel. Owning your own home IS the american dream and it hurts so much losing it after pouring everything you have into it. I so much desire to have a home and not just a rental that I was so excited when I heard about this. Now after reading everyone else’s entries I realize that we are all here for a chance to win the same thing. Peace of mind - that you will have that one place in the world that you call home. Something that has been missing so long in my life. I truly hope that you all will choose me, but I think that anyone who gets this is going to be extremely thankful to George for offering this amazing chance to us.

Dear Sir:My wife and I want to obtain your house, not only for us but for another couple we know. All four of us are retired and dont't have much money, but we really need a place to call home. Personally, I am an amputee - my left leg was taken above the knee back in 2005. This was a result of diabetes, I get around in a wheelchair, My wife is disabled too - after back surgery in 1990, her right leg is totally useless. She walks with a cane. My friend is also diabetic: his sister cares for him. Your house and property will make a wonderful retirement home for my wife and me, and for my friend and his sister. We certainly hope all who read this will vote for us - as was stated earlier, we need a place to call home! thank youtom

We are an contestant for a free house house giveaway at freehouse@wordpress.comOkay, friends and internet guest,This is why my husband and I deserve this wonderful house. In 1989 we lived in Sunny California. The earth quake took our home and we moved to my fathers property in Indiana. (Which I had not seen since childhood.)It was Hot, humid and freezing in the winter. A Hugh culture shock..We lived there for 13 long years, caring for a man I never knew. He is an alcoholic. He promised us the property if we would only help him. And we did, he was clean for 8 years. In that time we cared for his 50 acre farm and raise some of the most wonderfulHorses and c**ker Spaniels. Then we got a call that he needed to go to the hospital now!! The hospital informed us that he was again suffering from alcohol poisoning. He never put the property in our name. And with the promise that he was going to give us the property, we built a home on it. Now we where feeling quit desperate. (Have you ever lived with an alcoholic?)At that same time, my husband’s mother suffered a stroke and he wanted to be close to her. (In Oregon)After feeling hopeless to help my father anymore, and heading down a bad road. My husband’s mother was in need of help. We sold everything we owned and came to Oregon to be with my mother in law.We had to leave all the animals in hopes that they would find good homes. (I still have nightmares about that). We lived in a travel trailer next to my mother-in-laws mobile home till she passed one year later. In the short time of one year my husband has lost his mother, father and brother-in-law.We manage to get enough money together to have one of the horses moved out here with us, and I am boarding him at a wonderful stable near Dexter, Oregon. We are presently living in my mother-in-laws 1974 mobile home, in a 55 plus park. (If your not retired this sucks.)I promise to giveaway, free, our mobile home to a deserving person or persons that are 55 or older if we win this wonderful home. It is a really nice park with a creek and beautiful landscape. On Private Property and remolded. I’ll pick the second place winner if they qualify to the parks rules, and we win the house.Yes, this might be a great place if you want to kick back and live a care free life of retirement. But we are still fairly young and love the outdoors. Gardening, Horseback riding, hiking, BBQ’s, Concerts and having a home with space to call our own.We need a place to call our own and have my wonderful horse with us.I have dreamed all my life of having a small bit of property for a horse and room to breathe. There have been nights when I’ve cried myself to sleep in fear that a mobile home park will be my destiny. We have never had children of our own, mostly because with all the family needs that has crossed our path, we never had the time. We are very fortunate to have one of our beloved horses still with us. Even if we have to board him. I drive 15 miles out to Dexter and back every weekend, just to spend time with him. What a dream come true to have him out the back door.We have lived in Beautiful Oregon now for 5 years and love it. We really want to stay.If only we could find a place we can afford and have our wonderful horse with us.Support us by voting at digg click here to digg itPlease vote for usnot sure if we are doing this right, lets hope soDean And Debbie P.
