mikehuckabee.com— Sympathies to Mrs. Davidson for her loss. However, I feel like this is just another desperate ploy from supports of other candidates to twist the facts and make Mike Huckabee look bad.

Democrat Governor Jim Guy Tucker, not Mike Huckabee, gave executive clemency to Wayne Dumond, and commuted his sentence to 39.5 years. Tucker’s action made Wayne Dumond immediately eligible for parole.
This just shows how low some people are willing to go to keep us from having a President who cares for the people. Exploiting this woman's grief is just plain cruel. We've heard a lot about compassionate conservatism over the last eight years, but seen little of it demonstrated. Governor Huckabee denied Dumond's request for clemency and the Parole Board released him. No one could have forseen his later actions, but it is appalling (although typical) for the parole board members to deny their responsibility.
Another dirty attack from the Republican establishment which has lost touch with the real people and real world, and can not stand that Huck is winning.
Great explanation, we should need to keep saying this but we do. Keep this one handy, we will need all the way to the convention and in the general election.. :-)
