Am I the only one who feels like this just reaffirms that way too many people are not picking their candidates based on policies, but more like betting on who they think is going to win? Like if you voted for the winner, that makes you a part of the winning team?

I don't like straw men fallacies coming from Clinton and I don't like them coming from you. Lighten up. Remember how many of us wanted Obama to begin with, and don't be so negative towards the people who were finally moved enough to change their mind for the better.Thanks.

Don't you think that's a bit biased, for no real reason?

Obama is Coke, Clinton is Pepsi, but McCain is SOUR MILK!The Clinton campaign likes to claim that Hillary is the preferred candidate of the big states and important swing states and imply that Obama can't win those. Nonsense. The policies of Obama & Clinton are very similar on most issues. On the issues it's a choice between COKE and PEPSI. So, the primary fight has mostly been about personality and leadership style and who can you trust more. But, come November, the vast majority of Democrats & independents who prefer PEPSI (i.e. Clinton) as their first choice will be happy to order a COKE (Obama) instead. So, 40-some percent of Democrats didn't get their first choice as the party's nominee. So, what? They will gladly settle for their 2nd choice. Remember their used to be half a dozen choices on the Democratic side - the others didn't make the cut. Most voters (even the few left who are still torn between Clinton and Obama as a nominee) already know that they DON'T LIKE what McCain has to offer - because it would be, in virtually every way, just a continuation of failed Bush policies. Bush remains very unpopular in every poll. McCain is offering SOUR MILK in a new carton! Expect that John "W" McCain will now try to run away from Bush's failed policies as much as he can. But, he will fail, because he voted for those policies and he has been one of the biggest advocates in favor of the war in Iraq (and a new war with Iran). SO... NOW IS THE TIME. Time for this country to make a dramatic change in direction. Time to get back to policies that make sense. Time to take the government back from corporate lobbyists and nutty evangelicals and proponents of "voodoo" trickle-down economics. NO MORE HALF MEASURES.

Actually you're an idiot, "Julia". I've been there several times while touring with a band. Thanks for the clever reply though.
