I agree with you. The article is rather devoid of factual information; instead it focuses on paraphrasing Dr. Li who keeps telling women to stay away from caffeine. While maybe it is true that caffeine slightly increases the chances of a miscarriage, women who normally drink 5 or more cans of soda have other health risks to worry about; same with women who drink enough hot chocolate to affect the results.By the way, notice how the article doesn't state the increased probability of a miscarriage. Is it 1% higher? 5%?
I guess it's a good thing I don't want to have kids, and neither does my fiance. Between Tully's coffee and Jolt Cola (and Jolt mints when I can still find them) I should be infertile by now.
