That's an interesting point.I guess Hulu could make an argument that data caps and bandwidth throttling are an anti-competitive measure imposed by the cable companies that makes the Hulu service prohibitively expensive, if the user wants to pay for an increased allowance, or just plain unusable. Litigation cases have been launched, and won, on much flimsier arguments.

Maybe I'm being over-the-top, but I personally wouldn't be surprised if our generation saw the demise of television, or at least the morphing of television in to something completely different.
