forums.mercurynews.com — A well written article introducing CPA and dispelling common misconceptions (and fears) about CPA. It does a very nice job of explaining why CPA is good for advertisers and consumers, but I don't see it addressing the important issue of why it is good for publishers. (BTW, I dig the title :-)
