cbc.ca — CNN made waves on Tuesday night by incorporating three-dimensional holograms into its coverage of the U.S. election. The only problem was, they weren't really holograms. "I don't think it has anything to do with holograms." said Hans J?rgen Kreuzer, a professor of theoretical physics at Dalhousie University and an expert on holography.

yes. which is exactly why these are more like star wars holograms and not star trek holograms. I could go in to the physics of it all, but...let's just say Tuvok had sex with a holodeck hologram, as did Barkley...Jordi made out with one. I Dont think Obi-Wan was boning Leia's hologram.

I don't remember. I read an article on it when I was looking up the new giant HD touchscreen on Fox News. It was an article before election day.
