thinkprogress.org — Out of almost 3,000 video submissions, CNN chose 15 to pose to the candidates tonight. Instead of alloting all 15 slots to ordinary citizens - who don?t ordinarily have access to politicians - CNN gave airtime to a question from Americans for Tax Reform president Grover Norquist.

How do you propose we eliminate the debt? Also, I'm not smart enough to take apart this list point by point, but it seems to me you are conflating the idea of 'income tax' with other random taxes. "Telephone Minimum Usage Surcharge Tax" might be stupid or even unfair but its existence is not proof that income shouldn't be taxed. Some Americans use the infrastructure that we all pay for to get filthy rich. We have one the most tax friendly countries on earth. People owe a portion of what they get to society even if they are rich. I know, I know...Washington is a bad place where they misspend our money. I sure can't argue with that, but for ME PERSONALLY, I'm of the opinion that we can elect a government that reorient spending to rationality.

CNN should come in this forum- just to get a clue as to how the people realize they are full of s**t. Besides if they came in here they might actually find some real news!
