politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com — A new CNN/Opinion Research Corporation Poll suggests that by a 2-to-1 margin, Americans blame Republicans over Democrats for the financial crisis that has swept across the country the past few weeks ? one factor that may have contributed to an apparent increase in Barack Obama?s edge over John McCain in the race for the White House.

"The first 6 years were fine."Really?WTF? So quickly you forget.SO QUICKLY YOU FORGET!What do you call Enron, WTC, Iraq, and Afghanistan? The things you list don't just change overnight when a new majority is elected to the legislative branch - only a nit-wit with his head in the sand could so horribly ignore the corruption, the subterfuge, the blatant contempt for the Constitution and the rule of law. This nation is on the precipice of destruction because of this grand old party. With the not so wealthy upper middle class and not so poor lower middle class both believing they are wealthier than they actually are, the only people that have a clue about reality are those so poor they can taste it in the water they drink from their tainted wells and the top 1% that control what you read, think, and consume so they can stay in power. You must first have hope that things can change before there is change. In these times only a fool or a multi-millionaire would place that hope in a republican. The republicans try to create fear that the markets will certainly crash if Obama is elected because he will raise the taxes on business, large and small, so high that they will have to shut down.FALSE: Maybe by getting the wealthiest companies to actually pay taxes like the rest of us we could fill the coffers. Think off-shore accounts by the likes of every fortune 500 company for example.I took the bait, this is a rant, so I'll leave it for now."I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore!"

People in this country are still so hopelessly stupid and easily led on by the media. Pretty scary.

Why would he have Ron Paul in his cabinet?Obama wants to spend money like nobody's business...government programs for everything under the sun. He's the complete antithesis of Ron Paul. He'd be much more likely to put people in his cabinet that would tell him how best to spend your money. You know, like the 700 billion of your money the current president is telling you how to spend?

You libs are so full of it! Open your minds to both sides and then make an intelligent decision all on your own. Obviously the media is in bed with Obama. No doubt this country needs serious change. I think we are in deep s**t if Obama becomes president. Check this out. http://www.newsbusters.org/blogs/noel-sheppard/200 ...How come Obama leaves out Clinton and points to Ronald Reagan as the cause of todays financial crisis? Clinton is the one who dropped the regulations, he also rewrote lending practices to include minorities. Lenders where forced by law to lend to people who themselves even knew couldn't pay the mortgages. I wasn't bailed out and money wasn't growing on trees when I struggled to keep my home in the late 90's. I went out and got s**t jobs and worked my ass off. Why should anybody be given my tax dollars now? WTF. Make the bastards work if they want to keep their homes and let me keep more of my own money.
