Not attributable to the taser? How often do we see people who are excited but not tasered just spontaneously drop dead on the street, then? Not nearly as many, I suspect.
The problem is that becuase its regarded as non-lethal, its being used as a compliance tool when it isn't necessary. Take that guy that just died in Canada. He wasn't being agressive to the officers, he just couldn't understand them. There were at least 4 officers. Why couldn't they just tackle him? The could've grabbed the guy, cuffed him, and been done with it.
