flickr.com — I would like an explanation from the senior editors of CNET on why their photo policy allows them to scour Flickr for images to use with articles without photo credit, compensation or permission of the photographer?

Even if CNET hadn't already made it clear how much bulls**t this "story" is, I'd still be asking why he feels Flickr comments are the place to resolve this and not in private and expedient talks with CNET. Sometimes "artists" seem to forget the need for professionalism. Buried as lame.
