@TreoinmypocketWon't you consider indefinite detention without the right of an abeas corpus a way of torture? I doDo you consider that dead penalty is 'just', 'right' or 'ok'? I dontWe live in a world where a lot of people think and value things in very different ways, in argentina for example, prisions are for the security of the citizens, not for punishing the criminals, same applies for other kind of detentions.Do you justify purposely inflicted pain, fear and similar in order to obtain some information? I dont.Where is the line? quite of very personal for each of us but the more 'damage' you justify as 'interrogation', the more you side with terrorist's mentality.War? give me a break! is still not even proved neither legally investigated who was really responsible for 9-11.

@irgeek, exactly there are no documents the story is false, that is all I was saying. I did not say that the secret holding facilities did not exist. The point isx we don't need false news stories spreading lies, what we do need is some truth. Stick to the facts!!!

"suspects of terrorism" include people such as that journalist of al jazeera being held in guantanamo for 4 years now without trial.

Thinking in "broad strokes" misses the details. And the DETAILS are what matter here... not the theory.

That was intelligent and well thought out. Did you think that up all by yourself, or did you need some Hollywood star to tell you that Bush is a "MOFO"? People are just idiots.

I wonder if it was done on word too and made to look old

@CptAmerica:Innocent until proven guilty. Unless you're in a secret prison where torture is allowed. The reason that these things Bush and co. are doing are so unacceptable is not because people are "soft" on terrorists or some ridiculous bulls**t. It's so that no innocent, wrongly accused non-terrorists accidentally get tortured in a secret prison.Just think what this country would be like if anyone accused of a crime was punished unless they proved that they didn't do it.

@CptAmerica"That was intelligent and well thought out. Did you think that up all by yourself, or did you need some Hollywood star to tell you that Bush is a "MOFO"?"I'd say it was about as well thought-out as it needs to be, and unless they're retarded, most people could reach the same conclusion without assistance. I applaud friedclyde for expressing this so concisely. Considering the decisions Bush has made, *including the things he signed off on in TFA*, a rational conclusion would be that he is a "MOFO," which I think is short for "Motherf**ker," or so George Clooney tells me.
