thehoopdoctors.com— CBS has lost their marbles if they think they can start somehow regulating the use of video clips from their broadcasts on the internet.

CBS offers their own highlights. Why should they allow Google to make money off their stuff?Would Google let Microsoft make money off their search engine? Would Apple let Sansa sell their iPods? My god...for hte past couple years, you can get every f**king game for free online. this is NOT a case of backwards CBS not embracing technology. It is a case of not wanting to shell out BILLIONS of dollars for hte rights to the games only to have Google make money from it.
From the hoop doctors site:"No part of this website may be copied, transferred, or re-created without the express written consent of TheHoopDoctors.com.TheHoopDoctors.com reserves the right to take legal actions against anyone who does not respect its intellectual property rights."Hypocrites. Respect my rights while I don't respect someone elses. And will they take legal action against me for posting this?
