So... let me get this 'straight' The GOP is run by a fairy cabal?Is this why they are going for the constitutional ban on same sex marriages?or chucking out every fag in the military?Suddenly the self defeating schizophrenic behavior of the American ruling class is starting to make sense.
wow, so the republicans have so far blamed:- the Page, its their fault for tempting some 50 something guy.- the voters of Florida for voting the guy in, since they should have known better.- the democrats, because they orchestrated this whole thing to make them look bad- the gay mafia, because aside from dressing fabulous... they also control the entire political system and will threaten anyone who objects with extreme makeovers. They have so much power over congress that they have yet to make gay marriage and gays in the military happen.what i don't understand is why anyone is taking the family research counsel seriously. These are the people who's reason against gays in the military being that the straight army men may wake up to find that some gay guy has put their penis in their ass without them knowing.
I don't get this. I thought the Conservatives were against gay people in general, They won't allow them to adopt, they won't allow them to marry. So if this is the case, why are they protecting this man so much?
People who have sexual desires they must keep secret because of religious or social reasons, have to spend their whole lives controlling their own sexuality. It creates a lot of tension in them. That is why they try to control other people's sexuality as well, they are just externalizing their own inner conflict. So it seems very normal to them to want to control people's consensual sexual behavior, when to the rest of us it seems ridiculous to care what adult human beings do in the privacy of their bedrooms.I'm not saying every gay-hater is externalizing their self-loathing at their own gay feelings, but the loudest of them likely are.
