So? Dick Cheney in the video is clearly implying that the VP is a member of the executive branch. Who are the administrators of the executive branch? The judicial branch? The legislative branch? No. The executive branch is itself a branch of administration that needs administration itself.

why do we care about this? It doesn't matter if a video comes out of him saying "hi I am Dick Cheney and I eat babies" because his office will always deny it with retarded logic and the public will never get the satisfaction it longs for. No one ever admits anything in politics...thats why its politics.

The Senators listened to all the phone calls regarding the immigration farce, maybe they are willing to listen to the will of the people on the removal of this self-righteous demi-god. I think both offices that he occupies on Capitol Hill are "Ceremonial" and Cheney's real job is more related to the will of Halliburton and the CFR.
Article one, section three, clause four: The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate, but shall have no vote, unless they be equally divided. The constitution was intentionally vague to make it flexible over time. Its flexed, I didn't say the VP was not part of the executive branch, but I said that Cheney didn't admit to anything. Diction, or choice of words, is one of the most important parts of getting a point across in the english language. If you read closely, you'll notice that I said it supports his argument, as in not mine. Just for clarification, that is. I just think this article is biased and misleading.
