This is old news, happened before the last elections. I never did hear if it passed though, anyone know? A president pardoning himself, it doesn't get much worse.
the fact they are asking for immunity for war crimes is a confession of guilt. they know what they have done in Iraq was illegal, rejected by the global community as a massive act of mass murder, theft and vandalism, if not an outright act of attempted genocide and international hate crime against Muslim peoples.as mr. bush said, he has dedicated himself to this 'crusade'. all these trillions of dollars would have been better spent on converting the usa to solar power and updating the usa's rotting infrastructure, bridges, water and power systems...
Hitler could of done the same thing before the end of the war, it doesn't make it binding. Just because something is a law, does not make it just. You appeal to a higher thing, justice, on a jury, not to the letter of the law. Juries can quite expediently overrule the law. If juries don't agree with the law, they ignore it. What is the law is very rarely what is just. Or haven't you figured it out by now?
