this is a predictable move know to any foreign ambassadors - ECONOMIC SANCTIONS ... they have checkmate us with their ability to grow w/o us - CUBA is #1 in biotechnology, and even IRAQ trading oil with CHINA after years of BUSH's war. it's a mess :(
