Why is it the "Bush administration"? If Obama was president his administration would have to follow the law also. Would the submitter call it "Obama's administration arresting American citizens without warrants"? It wouldn't be a story because the liberal trolls wouldn't have posted this. I would have posted it!
I take issue with the terminology being used here. "Communism" and "Totalitarianism" are not polar opposites, but can occur simultaneously; in fact under Stalin, Communism became totalitarian in the extreme. Modern day China is similarly controlled, though with some compromises and cracks in the facade. It is also possible to envision some type of popular, democratically elected "Communist" society in America, in which the Bill of Rights when unmolested, unlikely though that might be. Totalitarianism, however, a society in which every aspect of human existence is under the absolute - total - control of the State, is incompatable with and antagonistic to any form of democracy, much less our own, with it's guarantee of civil liberties (egregiously violated though that guarantee may now be). This is fascism, the open ownership of a military government by a financial elite. We now have a *covert* ownership of the government of the US by financial elites, with incremental efforts toward a legal structure that will support a transition to totalist, authoritarian rule and a militarized society. To those of average intelligence or better, who are looking at the situation sans rose-colored glasses, I don't think there's any doubt about what's happening.
