Pass all the laws you want, it is impossible to prove and even harder to bring to court. Get sick and see how long your corporation will keep you. If you think for a minute they are all about the family, you are sorely mistaken.

It may be hard to prove, but basing hiring/firing/promotion decisions on sexual orientation should be illegal. Period.

It's unfortunate that we have to pass laws to treat each other humanely! I am fascinated by the way the human animal's behaviors change when we introduce "profit" into the equation.
