Yes, it's satire. But did you know that from the headline? I'll bet you didn't. It's hard to distinguish this administration's reality from satire. A birth control opponent in charge of family planning? A horse's rear for a diplomat? "Food insecurity" instead of "hunger?" A faith-based firewall makes more sense than a lot of their actual policies.
