thinkprogress.org— In his press conference today, President Bush said: "It’s what I do during my presidency. I go around spreading good will, talking about the importance of spreading freedom and peace."

I wouldn't exactly call this the most serious of questions, and also I wouldn't call his response rude. Personally i'm not a big fan of the guy but come on he made a joke. Somehow I don't think the reporter was overtly offended by his response. I'm not sure why you feel ashamed either Bush has uttered much dumber statements that deem being ashamed for America.
there are some things about the bush presidency that i truly will miss. you can't buy entertainment like that, not if it were spoon fed to an average bloke.
Obama? You mean the dude who won't get our troops out of Iraq while he is president? Yeah right....check out his voting record and where his campaign funds are coming from. Want more of the same? Then vote Obama.
Part of this Bush message was obviously deleted. He actually said he spreads good will, freedom and peace and democracy and if you don`t like it he will BOMB you until you do. The US is going to help everyone even if it kills them in the process.
He is taunting the public. His entire administration is built on a foundation of lies, and everyone knows it. He gets off on the fact that no matter how big of a whopper he tells, no matter how sorry a crime he commits, he gets away with it.
