A couple years from now Susan Orr wont understand why teen pregnancy has increased and why teens are getting STD's at a alarming rate. Meanwhile every State in the USA that has had a good working plan to curb these things will be turned upside down because Susan Orr hasn't got a clue as to what she is doing.
