I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but I do believe everything is calculated. Even though it says at the end it doesn't give any more powers or whatever to the government I know there are certain powers the executive can use under a state of nation emergency. I wonder what's really going on. Maybe this is just to desensitize us to these types of orders. And why the hell haven't I seen this on the news?
This is a prelude to war with Syria. In effect it is an authorization to embargo Syria (interesting how "Rove like" the wording is used to name this executive order). The name mentions the protection of Lebanon and only implies it is against Syria. They should just come out with it and declare war on Syria. Where are the houses of Congress on this? The most important thing to be aware of: This give Bush the dictatorial powers he established in May: See http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=55824This also gives Bush the power to suspend the presidential election if he chooses to. The national emergency alone gives him that power. Obviously, they have planned this out.

This is a direct provocation aimed at Syria.
