Absolutely. But you forgot the most important change that is needed before The People can take back their government. People need to PAY ATTENTION and VOTE! Less than half the people who could vote actually do. Less than half of those that do vote actually know anything about the candidate that they're voting for beyond what the MSM tells them.That... is the biggest underlying problem of them all.
