Alright... what does this have to do with the "Bush Administration"? They were listed as a threatened species, good and rightfully they should be since their habitat is shrinking. However I don't see what that has the current american government or why it needed mentioning."Polar Bears Now Listed as a Threatened Species" Would have sufficed.
