video.google.com— A funny 2 minutes and 50 seconds Google Video showing what happens when Burger King outsources their drive through orderings.

Try talking to Direct TV. I called them yesterday and ended up talking up to an Indian dude who has not much clue about TV here. Unfortunately, communication barriers are tough to break on calls you want to be short. I'd rather talk to the automated American voice than an Indian who I cannot understand but who attempts to me pleased and in the end I have to keep repeating myself.Outsourcing sucks.
Yeah, theres actually nothing funny in this. It was a waste of 2 minutes and 50 seconds.Seriously, wheres the punchline, or anything comical. To me it is just a stupid guy getting frustrated at Burger King... Not one bit funny at all.
I work at a mcdonalds where i live and we for awhile used the call center. However, contrary to the popular belief, companies actually LOSE money by doing this. Haven't people ever noticed that the person who takes your money ALSO takes your order? Well you cannot exactly have someone take cash over the phone. These call centers are for more accurate order taking over a higher quality system than the crappy headsets with continual static and fuzz most fast food restaurants use.
