Yea you're definetly going to get dugg down for pointing out the most obvious thing about this story/video. ITS FROM JUNE 4 2004. I guess diggers don't care that something is clearly "Old News" anymore. Shame.
Jesus, you guys are a bunch of lunatics. You *agree* with this guy? He f**king tried to demolish a town, and then escapes all punishment by killing himself. That is what i call a Class A jackass.s**t happens in life. My parents just got forced out of a house, but you dont see them shooting up the f**king city.
How dare some of you celebrate this man's death! I am related to him through my uncle and he was known as a God-fearing man and his death almost destroyed one of the most descent men I have ever known. His business was all that he had...it was his life.....what do you think he was supposed to do? I realize that his actions were extreme...but really, this was his last chance. Let somebody take ALL you have from you and make your life a living hell...and see how you react.
That doesn't make it right, the supreme court also upheld the institution of slavery. Eminent domain is to be used only for those projects which are for the public good, like roadways, not to seize property for private interestes that have paid off your local politicians. I just feel its a shame that he took his own life, I would have found him not guilty, but then I am one of those few americans who know of Jury Nullification.

but this is probably not the best way to protest your town's actions. this issue has been to the supreme court several times and eminent domain has usually been upheld.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eminent_domainhttp://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/06/23/AR2005062300783.html
