Strangely, being the internet and all, if you'd like to talk to Cubans you can. I would suggest you do if you think the health care is that bad. I've heard several complaints about it in general, but the ability to get health care is better than in the US (not that it could be much worse.)The US system is simple: You either get health care from work, go broke attempting to pay for it out of pocket, or don't have it at all. There's a staggering number in the last two categories.
