This is a great concept and since it is mechanical and not chemical the side effects should be less. The key difference between a dormant cancer and a growing one is that latter is creating blood vessels through a process named angiogenesis (see <a class="user" href="http://www.cancerhelp.org.uk/help/default.asp?page=99#angiogenesis">http://www.cancerhelp.org.uk/help/default.asp?page=99#angiogenesis</a> ). This could potential interrupt this process in an extremely targetted fashion.

Dugg. I hope more research can be done to better our health and lives. This one seems inovative.
