No, you're a typical moron. The same that welcomed the Nazi's with open arms to their country's seat of power. Just keep your eyes down, don't speak unless spoken to, remember that the law man is always right. Worked real good for them, why not here?

Actually the only lesson I learned is be careful of filthy Lebanese security guards because they are all scum. It's common knowledge anyway here in Australia, this just proved the point.

Every person has the right to take photographs of anyone they want, think of all the paparazi(i killed the spelling of that word) in hollywood taking pictures of actors and other celebrities.

Clearly a violation of the first amendment. Wake up people, this is what the second amendment was written to protect against."A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a --->freepeople

Nothing should have happened anyway, dont you get it.....the police are not supposed to be above the law. I cant beat your ass because you dont do what I tell you. Nor should they be able to, ive gotten in situation where I thought i was going to get hit and it was simply because I wasnt going to deal with the harrassment. I almost wish he did hit me, and no I wasnt being polite because I simply dont have to be especially if they want to try and be all omnipotent**s a joke, we the PEOPLE need to stand up for our rights or they will quickly be taken away, it really is that simple.

if they do not have the mental capacity to deal with the scum of the earth while RESPECTING the rights of law abiding citizens (EVEN JERKS WITH ATTITUDES) then I am sorry they have NO BUSINESS being cops and should be immediately relieved of that authority.I DO NOT want people with a lack of mental ability to use there authority properly to have such authority around me.HOW MUCH is enough. What happens if he was 3 feet further back INSIDE his own house filming or shooting from the windowDo you think the cops would have the right break down his door to arrest him or break his window and drag him outside to arrest him for telling them to buzzoff when asked to stop shooting ?Where do you draw the line. there is only 3 feet different in spatial positioning between what appears to have happened here (again I am assuming the information is accurate for now) verse my hypoithetical scenario. Same actions SAME jerk attitude WOULD they have had the right to break into his house to arrest him.IF you answer yes to the hypothetical then you are one sorry american if you answer the obvious hell no to the second then you must also answer they were wrong in the actual event (again assuming information we have is accurate)again the difference is 3ft (he was on the sidewalk so was likely no more than 3ft from the nearest building)the legality of telling the police to buzz off and the legality of shooting your camera off DOES NOT CHANGE between being on the sidewalk or being inside a house. SO tell me is one ok but not the other ? if so how do the actions differ ? does telling an officer no I will continue shooting with attitude or not suddenly become ok if your inside a house?Does continue to shoot against orders legal or otherwise suddenly change because your in a house or not?I await your reply....You say "If the photographer would of listened and not opened his mouth with a smart ass reply, then nothing would of happened."sure something would have happened he would not have gotten the pictures that were his RIGHT to get. When a corrupt government says give us all your money forget the constitution you have no free speech you will do as we say you will ride the bus we say use the sidewalk we say carry your papers as ordered and surrender all firearms.WHy resist if you just do as they say nothing happens right ?if the police will react like this for something as simple as taking photographs what do YOU THINK there reaction will be when we resist more IMPORTANT rights being taken from us (though the 1st IS the most important right thats why its #1)When does it change from not being worth fighting for your rights to being worth fighting for your rights.Which rights is it ok to fight for and not ok to fight for ?The last time I checked I was educate that rights are sacred and NOT to be infringed. the constitution does not say you have these rights sometimes. or you have these rights when we let you. it says these rights shall not be infringed.what LAW is greater than the Constitution of the United States ?when is it NOT worth standing up for your RIGHTS (RIGHTS not priviedges or grants RIGHTS)Explain that to me please....

I agree. Some of these photog types are real aggressive idiots. He was told to stop, likely for good reason, and he didn't. So he got what was coming to him. The cops were just doing their job - nothing personal. Maybe this fool will have learned a useful lesson.
