Do keep in mind that most of these people don't even care about the product themselves. They are only trying to make a living at a call center. They are just following a script, so yell at the CEOs of the company and not the telemarketer.
most people dont 'choose' their jobs. they are forced to take them because of a lack of skills/education. I'm sure more telemarketters would rather be doing something else.
