sports.espn.go.com — Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre has decided to retire, ESPN's Chris Mortensen is reporting. Mortensen reported that according to Favre's agent, Bus Cook, Favre has informed Packers coach Mike McCarthy of his decision.
