thenewstribune.com — The woman was walking to an outside storage shed at Bikini Bottom Espresso II on South Hill on Oct. 7 when the passerby, a woman with a child in her car, called deputies. The barista’s breasts were bare, save for X-shaped pasties covering her nipples, according to a Pierce County sheriff’s report.

No, because the barista in this case wasn't actually naked, idiot. It's quite a stretch to say she was breaking the law.

When did buying a f**king cup of coffee had to be some sort of sexual thing? We have a place like this in my city too. I just don't see the appeal. If you want to look at scantily clad women, why not just go to a strip club? I'm not a prude, but I just find all the injection of sexuality into mundane daily tasks like buying coffee to be excessive.

If the employees are following the laws, who cares.Don't add extra laws regulating non-safety related clothing to businesses that are more restrictive than what applies to the public. And yes, it's just breasts. In case you didn't know it, everybody has them. Though non-obese mens are rather flat and undeveloped. The city I live in has a law covering female toplessness in public. It specifically allows it. But sometimes when females go topless the media goes nuts. Other times they ignore it completely. One lady was way too hot on a 100+ summer day. All the males took their shirts off, so she did to. That was on the nightly news for a week. Yet they never seem to cover the topless (or sometimes nude) female protesters, even when they have people signing their bodies for a petition...On a side note, yes, I am male. Yes, I like seeing a nice set of breasts on a beautiful female. And no, it's not something to get excited about. The biggest reaction you'll get is when something isn't common. If you encountered a dozen or more topless women every day, you'd completely ignore it. (Just ask anyone who's worked at a topless bar or similar venue.)

"Others complain the so-called “sexpresso” stands degrade the women who serve the coffee and erode community morals"Erode community morals? WTF!?!? Maybe its just because I'm not one of the people who gets actively involved in the community but seriously? erode community morals? At the most it will probably just get men to buy coffee more often.

"A deputy cited her for unlawful public exposure under the county code and CONFISCATED THE PASTIES after she put on a bikini top, the report says." [emphasis added]WOW. 8 years in police work, that would have never occurred to me!
