Does anyone know how much money they got? It could shed some light on the (assumed) eventual purchase price of Digg :)

@ davidkeithjonesDigg:1. Their business model is advertising. The same business model every publication and media company uses.2. The ads have made them a profit. 3. News is a fad? News has been around for hundreds and hundreds of years. How is it a fad?

Just started using Digg about a month or so ago...and signed up for reddit today. I must say that Reddit is definitely more responsive. I also find the minimalist feel appealing, even if the aesthestics are somewhat ugly as compared to dig.
