a real stretch, I looked at the pics. I think that doctor, if so motivated, could find the same shapes and body organs in most complicated painting scenes. I don't think this was intentional by the artist.
I think somebody has been influenced by the DaVinci Code. In retrospect one could make any object in a famous painting have some sort of secrect symbolism.
