I don't understand why America is so afraid of immigrants? Do you just have too many people as it is? It doesn't make sense to give this kid the boot. He's going to grow up, get a good job, and pay lots of taxes.
Meanwhile a dead sixteen year old kid lost everything due to an illegal immigrant. If there wasn't so many making them look bad then this child wouldn't have a problem.
Even if there were a lot of bad illegal immigrants(there aren't), that is collectivism to punish this kid because of the wrongdoings of other immigrants, when the only thing they share in common is that they are immigrants. Those who believe in liberty and individualism should pursue an open immigration policy, not one that punishes people who want to contribute to our society by keeping them out.

No it doesn't make sense. The problem is not that we are afraid, it's the cost of Medicare, prison population, welfare, food stamps, and our lives.
