Zucker is full of s**t.Implying that Boxee was "illegally taking the content that was on Hulu" is ridiculous. He sounds like an old buffoon who knows nothing about the web or how technology works.Unfortunately, he's talking to members of Congress, so they're pretty much all on the same page...

I think it is awesome that Rep. Rick Boucher (Congress.org lists him as the 10th most powerful reps) had done at least a little bit of research and had the insight to ask the question. If only he had dug a little deeper.
