I would disagree. It couldn't be them, the illegals would be working hard making burgers at 2:30 in the morning. It was probably some drunk gangsters who were drinking in the middle of the week.

Well, around here you have to get it registered if you want a concealed weapon, and personally I don't mind that.

Of the northern New England states, VT has no restrictions of any kind (no permit required for CCW), NH is shall issue with minimal procedural nonsense (germane to this sub-thread, no inquiry about or record kept of firearms which the party may carry) and while I don't know all the details in ME, I do know they don't register firearms nor list them on the CCW. Personally I have a huge problem with any government agency at any level knowing who owns what firearms; they know too much about us as it is: "I love my country; it's the government I don't trust."

Firemen are symbolic, and a special class within society. People are -- or ought to be -- thankful to have a group of people who risk their own lives to save the lives of others.

Mestizos -- most of whom are here illegally, or the children of illegal immigrants -- pay little in taxes and collect a disproportionate amount of tax-funded services (e.g., emergency services). Their racism adds insult to injury.
