I wonder if they could make a "suicide bomber throw blanket" out of this, weighted to be chucked over the nutter while they're still yelling "allahu akbar!". That way they merely go "splut" rather than "boom". For added convenience, it could be made absorbent for easy wipe-up afterward.
I suspect that there is a logical reason that the stuff is only used on garbage cans in DC...The space between those bags of dope, are enough to let in a bazooka shell. I'm sure it doesn't breathe well, and is probably a little heavy in the quantites they are using. No Pictures of exposions, NO CIGAR.....Cyborg
