thanks to digg and huffingtonpost I've all but given up on cable news. I can't believe the amount of newsworthy stories on such sites that get zero attention on cable news. What's worse than watching such vacuous news is thinking that you are actually getting all the news.
There is this concept that most modern people abide by called "presumption of innocence". The idea is that when someone makes insane accusations about an individual, the burden of proof is on the accuser.
You're missing the point. My point, and Paul's point, is that the "WE" is not us Americans, but the top politicians in D.C. Having a large military presence in the Middle East was not the decision made by the average American, though I'm sure there are some that support that idea. It was Bush, his cronies, and other prominent neo-conservatives.
