p2pnet.net — According to Gartner, the blogging "phenomenon" is set to peak in 2007, says the BBC. Blogging isn't, however, a phenomenon. It's part of burgeoning 21st century people-to-people communications movement and it'll never peak, not even when everyone on the planet is online.
