How long will it be before "Sozialgericht Bremen" is coined to describe situations just like this. Where organization x sues webmaster/blogger Y for using their name on a page?BTW i find it humerous that digg says "blogger" is incorrectly spelled.

haha, I have had a similar situation happen for my site. The makers of the FlatPak House were mad becuase my photos of such a house in Minneapolis, MN were coming up ahead of their official site. Just search Google for Flat Pak to see.

Heheh, time to start linking to Sozialgericht Bremen in your blogs. Get him up to #1. It worked for <a class="user" href="http://www.google.ca/search?q=failure">http://www.google.ca/search?q=failure</a>both #1 and #2 are googlebombs.
